Sept 3rd-7th

Sept 3rd -GO HOGS!!!! what a game great start for the Razorbacks 51-7 against MO Bears!!!!!!!!!
So thankful my brother and mother ordered PPV for this game

Sept 4th- Oh the smell in the air is so yummy ;)  first time this year we have BBQ on the Grill :) Hamburgers-Hot Dogs-Brauts-Steak :) Great food and Family could not ask for more.

Sept 5th- HAPPY LABOR DAY!!!!!

Sept 6th- Sons of Anarchy Season Starts I'm so excited. :)

Sept 7th- Dr Appointment my Blood is low so I had to go get cross typed at the Hospital so I can go in and get 2 pints of Blood :( but at least I wont look as pale in the hands and face.

My hair is growing back more and more but still not were i would like it to be. My son is learning so much in his classroom this month he is learning about the body. So far no questions to have to answer about the differences between girls and boys yet lol.

August 1st-31st

Dr's nurse Stacy tells me my counts are real low and I need to stay home:(  My son was kidnapped and taken to Chuckie Cheese thanks to my boss and her daughters he loves them so much:) Took Andy and Nikki to the water park :) That night I started with a bad headache to running a light fever to 100.4 which at that time I have to take a special pill and could not break the fever it made it to 102.9 had to wait for someone to get home to see if we were going to the er. And then I went to lay in bed and started my shiver shakes and they got bad that it kind of scared me so I had Nikki call my brother to hurry from work to take me to the er. I made it  to the er and the shakes went away but my heart rate was 184 and so after being in the er for a long time they admitted me and put me in ICU to keep a good eye on me. Then have a camera on the ceiling that turns and looks at you like every so many hours to make sure your okay and they are stationed in St.Louis. Kind of creepy and they can talk to you if they need to . Saturday I got two bags of Blood and one bag of platelets. Stayed in ICU from Friday and got out on Monday. Then they moved me that day to a regular room, Got Two more bags of Blood and one more bag of Platelets I was real low this time around. By Tuesday I was able to go home. Dr appointment that week to make sure I was still good. All looks good Chemo starts Aug. 29th he tells me. Okay so Frisco Fest was last weekend it was good sad that the Strawberry Daiquiri stand was not there this year I love them things even cause there was no alcohol in them. The need more vendors sale in stuff or something lots of bare spots they could have feeled up one. Had some really good Philly cheese stake nachos and cotton candy :) Missed the confetti toss cause it was alittle hot outside but it was fun and saw lot of people I have not seen in awhile. Got to go yard salein with Michelle and Shannon and ate lunch with Mike. Had a Great time and got some good deals. Finished packing for my next chemo on Monday. Today is Monday and I'm doing okay got a new pick line and it went in good and now I'm Bord:(

July 1st-31st

This month is full of Doctor appointments. Got to meet a new doctor I will be also seeing at the community clinic Dr.Gains he seems to be okay.  Made homemade sushi for the first time at James house with his roommate and Caleb it was so much thanks guys:) Mom got a new game for the wii called Country Dance its kind of fun and you work up a sweat. Got my 3rd Bone Marrow Biopsy on the 18th it hurt real bad the meds did not work at all. Took Andrew to the water park for the first time with Michelle & Amber and kids and they had a great time. On the 25th saw the Dr and decided we start chemo again so I went to lunch with my mom and brother to chili's and then to the hospital to check in and start chemo. Also was having chest pains so they did test and could not figure out what was wrong with me they had me on a heart monitor did a akg and heart looked good and my lungs to. They put me one a heart pill just in case. They think may be it was my throat having a like a spaz or something like that.  Wed. my buddy nick came to see me hadn't seen him since Andy was born so that was great to see a old face. I got Blood that Friday cause I was getting low.  Saturday got to go home I was happy its always nice to be home after being in the hospital for a week. Sunday Nikki came into town to spend time with me and the family:)

June 6th-30th

I can not believe how much blood is important ive have tons of blood transfusions and platlets as well. If you have a chance and can donate just think your saving a life:)
Every week I have a doctors appointment and get my pickline bandage changed. Im finally home in my bad resting from much need sleep lost. June 18 woke up like any other day  to find that my daddy had passed away in his sleep. I was very upset cause I was not ready for him to go but at least I know he's in a better place now. June 19 Happy Fathers Day Daddy I really miss you its a very had day in the house everyone keeps thinking he going to open the back door and come thru. June 20 next Chemo treatment goes well and come home the 25th. More doctor appointments and looks like I need blood this week but have to wait till friday cause dads funeral is thurday as well as my old brothers birthday. Very sad day meet lots of people from moms work and people from dads work ive never meet before but always talked about.

May 14TH - 31st

May 14th I started getting sick nausea in the mornings so they would give me meds to help take care of that. May 17th Chemo ends let the games begain what will the chemo do to me is all I could think about cause they said Ill have good days and then Ill have bad day that didnt sound too good. May 18th was my scary day threw out all of this. I was having a good morning my brother came in so mom could go home and take a shower and do some things that she wanted to do and came back and  i was doing good seating in the chair watching tv and mom said they were going down stairs to get some food and they would be back in a little while. I was doing good for a little bit got up to go potty notice my leg and feet where a little weak did not pay much attition to it and went one to bed to feel alittle more comfy and I layed there and just didnt feel too good. Mom and brother came back after just 15 mins. mom took one look at me a said whats wrong and I told her I didnt feel right I had a fever but I didnt know till I started getting the cold shakes my legs where going numb my breathing was going crazy having chest pains my heart rate was at a 197 pains in my back, heart akg one me feels like someone was poking me with little needles around the areas where some of the akg spots were at. My vision was starting to shake and I was freaking out. The shot some stuff in me and as time went on they started going away they did not know if it was the chemo or everything else they where pumping in to me.
May 19th first signs of my hair is falling out :( not to happy but if im alive the better. May 20th started having blatter problems and around this time my mouth gets swallen and sores on the side having hard time eating anything cause it hurts so much and by the 21st I cant stand some smells like the food tray the hospital food so forth. During the time I was in I went threw 2 picklines and left with my 3rd one. The first pickline got ecoli the sencond one I had a bad arm infection. Lots of ivs when I had no pickline most of them closed up when I had dye put into me for catscans. There was lots more that they did to me but its starting to become a big blur to me anymore cause they have done so much to me. Also a lady came in a did a water painting for me it was so pretty.
During this month up to June 6th I was in there for 31 days.

Thank you to all my friends and family for being here with me as I go threw this adventure. Every parent and child who has made me and my family food sent gift cards thanks you. All my kids who sent me the banner to brighten my room up cause they know Ms. Lisa does not like white walls lol and all the cards with little note or encouragement has ment so much to me and make me feel loved and support thank you guys. For everyone who has came and seen me and also brought me goodies thank you. Also for my bosses who are keeping my job open for me to come back when I can and all the support they have done for me thank you.

Satruday 7th thur 10th

It all begains the dr comes in and looks and the blood count and then we begain he kicks the nurses out and wants to talk to me and mom. He says im 99.9%  she had luekemia we are sure its AML but we need to do the Bone marrow byopsy to see the subtype. Mom begains to cry I just look at the Dr and say okay. Still has not hit me that I have Cancer. More test are done to me and they do the bone test and it didnt hurt to bad just pressure. They said we will find out by monday what the type was and how they want to start the prosses.  May 8th Happy Mothers day! Andrew brought me flowers they are so pretty. May 9th found out the subtype 1 and how we are going to treat it we are going to hit it hard says dr Rosenfeld. And we are going to start tomorrow. I also got my hair cut and nail done my brothers friend paid a lady to come and do this for me. The dr told me I would lose my hair so I wanted it short.  May 10th the start Chemo it was not so bad they say it takes awhile be for ill feel anything like in two weeks or so. I have to get pre meds before the chemo starts. In one chemo bag that goes all the time and another one that is a big needle and its a red color and it is a 10 min. push. Man did I have to go potty but had to wait till had to wait till he was done with the chemo push one. As soon as he was done I went potty and got scared cause my pee was red mom laught at me cause it was the chemo thats how stronge it was and how fast it was going threw me. By may 12th was the last of the red chemo but still continue the other bag of chemo. Before I got to bad I took andrew to the 5th floor to plat with the light up wall he had so much fun:)

ER visit in May6th

Sorry its takin this long to start a blog but here it is.  It all started in April. I thought I was going threw a real bad sinus infection with head aches and just not feeling to well. As time went on started getting pains in the back of my head my gums started to kind of hurt which I thought great here we go again with my teeth again. Was also having blood pressure problems. So I went to see the urgent care dr cause they are the cheap for me to afford at the time. He looked at me asked some questions and said it was my teeth and to watch my blood pressure cause it was alittle high. Got my meds and a blood pressure cup and kept and eye on it. I checked it everyday and at times it was okay and others it was alittle high. Days went by and I was starting to have breathing problems just getting out of breath alittle and still not feeling to great with my sinuses. Getting close to the end of the month my breathing was getting worse but im the type I did not want to go back to see that dr I did not care for him and the er cost to much money and I could not aford something like that at this time. Still in pain with my gums, close to the end of the month I just dont feel that great and wish I could get to felling better.  Also was kicked in the leg by two diffrent kids and both of the brusies just would not go away and thought it was kind of weird. Also had a sore throat and get alittle dizzy sometimes. I got a dr appointment with a free clinic at the begining of the may to see a dentist scared as can be Im a big chicken when it comes to seeing them. But it was something that needed to be done they said my teeth look okay but I needed a teeth cleaning and maybe a couple of feelins but other then that they looked okay. So they set me up that friday with a appointment. Scared silly about getting this done cause Ive heard so many storys about how it hurts and so on so forth. Still having breathing problems so bad it was hard to do my job getting kind of worried but to stubborn to got to er. I would get off work early cause I was tired and did not feel good. I would get home and feed andrew and fall asleep on the couch and dad would watch andy till he had went to bed and then wake me up to finish watching andrew and get him to bed. I got to my appointment on may 6th 2011 and I was there first person to get my teeth cleaned I was scared and they could tell. As I was getting my teeth cleaned it was hurting and the guy who was a main dr watching over the ladys cleaning my teeth said it should not hurt and told them to keep going and im laying there in pain and beging to cry they would stop let me catch my breath and begain again and it was hurting so back you could hear me in the waiting room dad said and I begain to hyperventlat ( sorry if I miss spelled that) and they had to stop half way threw the cleaning. I made it home and my mouth was horrible blood clots like crazy where in my mouth. Having real bad problems with the breathing thinking its time to go to er but not sure yet. It wasnt till I stopped by the Comunity clinic to sign up to get a dr that was based on my income. I was in the parking lot and I had to stop twice to catch my breath just to make it to the front door of the clinic. Well got that all done and dad asked me if he should take me to the er and I said no I need to go to work cause we were short handed that day and I thought I could make it till my shift was over. I made it to work my teeth were still in pain no meds to take for pain other then tylonal fun fun and start my shift at work kids were happy to see me. As time went on I was not feeling good at all I told my boss when she could I would like to get off work cause I was going to the er and you know how er vists are they can be hours and I didnt want to be there late at night. I lasted a hour at work that day I felt real bad could not make it half way across the room with out being out of breath so i went home feed andrew and we went to the er. Made it there dad parked the truck and we walked to the er door it took me three stops before I made it in the door way told them what was going on they had me seat down and it wasnt even a min. and they had me in the back took my blood pressure and what ever else she did and made a phone call fast they got me in a wheel chair and got me to a room and started the process needles after needles and heart things and ex rays and so much more. Andrew was making me nerves he wanted to be where all the action was going and was afraid he was going to bump me or get me to jump while there where taking blood so I had dad call my brother to come and get him. My brother showed up and they where outside when this dr came in to my room. He grabed the chair sat at the end of my bed said im Dr. Rosenfeld and I dont want to scare you but we need to do a bone marrow byopsy cause im 99.8% sure you have Luekemia. I just look and him and said my mama is going to want to talk to you. As he left I youtube bone marrow byopsy and begain to cry cause I watched them do it and the girl was awake the whole time and crying in pain. Was I worried I had Luekemia no still did not click in my head there was that chance I had it. I thought I had high blood pressure and I was a diabetic and needed to go on a diet. Dad came in the room saw I was crying told him what was going on and then mom called on the phone cause she was at work he tried to tell her and he handed me the phone I told her she said Ill be right there and hung up the phone. They told me I was going to be amited to the hospital the told us what was going on and why im feeling the way im feeling my red blood counts and white counts were crazy and my platles where really low which explained the brusing. And all my symptons from above where clues to luekemia and my journey begains.
